About me
I am Halyna Vityuk, a Ukrainian art photographer. My photographs are filled with positivity and joy, capturing the viewer's attention and inspiring them. I believe that these emotions hold significant importance in everyone's life.
With a background in IT, I worked for 8 years in sales and marketing. This led me to start my creative career in commercial photography.
I have over 5 years of experience in advertising food photography for well-known Ukrainian and Romanian food brands.
My commercial photographs have been recognized in prestigious photo competitions, including:
first place in the International Photography Award and
first place and money prize in the 500px Global Photography Award in the professional commercial photography category.
Since 2022, I have been exploring and studying photography as a form of art. I create creative photo projects that have already received awards in recognized international competitions, including the recognition of the high artistic quality of my photos by the Luxembourg Museum Art Prize 2023.
My photos have been published in five photobooks, one of which was presented in 2024 at the Photo Basel fair.
My works have been exhibited in Ukraine, Hungary, and Scotland.
I actively collaborate with visual brands, and my photos are printed on postcards by the renowned German company Picmotion.
Olso have collaborate with the Ukrainian company Brushme, which produces paint-by-number kits, allowing anyone to feel like an artist and paint my art photos.
Additionally, limited edition prints of my photo-works can be purchased at Saatchi Art Gallery.

About my art
My art is about finding the interesting in the simple and creating magic out of the ordinary. I like to create photographs where the viewer could see their own story. It could be a vivid childhood flashback or a modern life reflection.
The main characters of my works are everyday objects, food, and flowers - everything that is always at hand and that can be used without any restrictions. I love looking for unusual combinations. So, I turn plates into medieval outfits from paintings. Vegetables become funny animals, and daisies turn into ice cream. I am also inspired by color as one of the main visual sources of vital energy. Therefore, I fill my artworks with bright shades and contrasts.
I try to transmit the viewers good mood and inspiration. I want people find joy in everyday things, look positively towards the future and make their own visual discoveries.
